Booking Information
We are offering a one stop box office through the Arena Ticket Shop where tickets for all events canbe purchased on line, by telephone or in person.
If buying on line or by telephone please notethere is a 10% booking fee charged for each transaction. Tickets for all events are also available from Sheffield City Hall and Sheffield Theatres. Booking fees may apply - please see information below for each box office. Please note that The Showroom and University of Sheffield Students’ Union box office can only sell tickets for events taking place at their own venues. There is no charge for payments made in cash when buying in person at any of the box offices. However, there maybe charges using other methods of payment depending on the venue. Please note tickets can be bought up to 1pm on the day of each event (may vary at weekends) at the Arena Ticket Shop, Sheffield Theatres, Sheffield City Hall. After this time they will be on sale on the door 30 minutes before event start time subject to availability. Please contact Off the Shelf office on 0114 273 4400 to check late availability.
Those tickets on sale from Showroom Cinema or University of Sheffield Students’ Union remain on sale up to start time of event, subject to availablility.

On non-performance days for in person and telephone bookings the box office closes at 6pm. There will be a £1 booking fee online, £1.50 booking fee by telephone.

Disabled Access
We endeavour to use only venues with full disabled access - these are indicated with a wheelchair symbol. If a wheelchair space is required it must be booked through the Off the Shelf office Tel. 0114 273 4400.
Community and library events may not always have full disabled access. Please check with individual venues and organisations.
Doors
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the event.
No tickets exchanged or refunded.
Tickets available as stated for each individual event. /+ symbol means tickets also available from Sheffield Theatres Box Office and City Hall Box Office.
Off the Shelf is organised by the Culture Department of Sheffield City Council.
Rhyme and Reason - Specialists in children's books will provide bookstalls at all events during the Festival.
