Tickets for all events marked Sheffield theatres can be purchased from them in person, on the telephone or by post.  Postal applications accepted up to 2 days prior to an event, providing tickets are still available.  Cheques should be made payable to Sheffield Theatres and sent to Sheffield Theatres, 55 Norfolk Street, Sheffield S1 1DA.  All cards subject to a charge of 50p per transaction on telephone bookings.

Tickets for events marked from the City Hall can be obtained from the City Hall box office in person or by telephone.  Please note tickets for events at the Memorial Hall booked by telephone are subject to a 10% booking fee.  All telephone and Internet sales are subject to a 10% booking fee.  Counter bookings paid by credit card incur a 2% administrative charge.

Concessions (cons): These apply to claimants, students, children under 15 years and Senior Citizens.  Please provide proof of status. 

Disabled Access
Off the Shelf endeavours to use only venues with full disabled access.  Disabled access for events at Central Library, Graves Art Gallery and Library Theatre is via the Arundel Gate entrance.

Please also note that some events organised by community groups may not have full disabled access.   

Tickets on the Door
Doors generally open 30 minutes before the advertised start time and tickets for all events can be purchased on the door subject to availability.

No tickets exchange or refunds.

Off the Shelf is organised by the Culture Department of Sheffield City Council.

Rhyme and Reason - Specialists in children’s books will provide bookstalls at all events during the Festival.
