Sheffield Theatres

Opening Hours Mon-Sat - 10am-8pm in person. Telephone Bookings Mon-Sat - 9.30am-8pm. On non-performance days for in person and telephone bookings the box office closes at 6pm. Tickets can be obtained from Sheffield Theatres in person, by telephone, on-line or by post. Postal applications accepted up to 2 days prior to an event, providing tickets are still available. Cheques should be made payable to Sheffield Theatres and
sent to Sheffield Theatres, 55 Norfolk Street, Sheffield S1 1DA. On-line bookings at www.sheffieldtheatres.co.uk. All telephone credit and debit cards are subject to a 75p charge.  Internet bookings are subject to a 75p charge

Showroom Cinema

Opening Hours Mon-Fri 10am-9pm. Sat-Sun
10.30am-9pm.Tickets for events at Showroom
Cinema can be obtained from the cinema box
office in person or by telephone and on-line at
www.showroomworkstation.org.uk All telephone and on-line sales are subject to a 50p booking fee for each transaction.

Card Charges

Credit or debit card charges may apply if tickets are bought in person from any of the box office outlets.  

On the Door Tickets

Doors generally open 30 minutes before the advertised start time and tickets for all events can be purchased on the door subject to availability. Tickets
must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee entry.

Party Bookings

One free ticket for every 10 booked.  

Concessions (cons)

These apply to claimants, students, children under 15 years and senior citizens. Please provide proof of status.

Disabled Access 

Off the Shelf endeavours to use only venues with full disabled access.Venues with full disabled access are indicated with a wheelchair symbol. If a wheelchair space is required it must be booked through the Arena Ticket Shop Tel. 0114 256 5567 apart from for events taking place at Sheffield
Theatres in which case please Tel. 0114 249 6000.

Community, Library and Listings Events

These events may not always have full disabled access. Please check with individual venues or organisations.

No tickets exchanged or refunded.

Off the Shelf is organised by the Culture Department of Sheffield City Council.

Rhyme and Reason - Specialists in children's books will provide bookstalls at all events during the Festival.
