Developing a new generation of leaders for Sheffield’s NHS – Dr Stefan Cantore: Online event
Fri, 22 October 5:45pm
How the NHS in Sheffield is run is a mystery for many. People are aware of services including GP’s, hospitals, specialist hospitals, walk-in and mental health services and assume that they are one big organisation called the NHS. But this is not the case. Local health and care systems are made up of a whole range of independent organisations. The result can be very fragmented approaches to designing health care that fits together well. In this talk, Dr Cantore explores what behaviours leaders of the health and care system in Sheffield will need to develop to make integrated planning and delivery of healthcare a success.
