Sun, 13 October 6:00pm

Susan Elliot Wright has an MA in Writing from Sheffield Hallam University. The Flight of Cornelia Blackwood is a powerful novel of motherhood, loss and loneliness – a dark and compelling read. Helen Mort is an acclaimed and prize winning poet. Black Car Burning is her first novel – an unforgettable story of trust and trauma, fear and falling, the Hillsborough disaster and the elation of rock climbing. It gives a voice to the lyric landscapes of South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

Helen and Susan will be in conversation with Chris Jones.  Chris is a poet, artistic collaborator and Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University.
