Fri, 15 October 7:30pm

Award-winning journalist, broadcaster, and film-maker Paul Mason powerfully presents the threat of fascism riding to power on the back of modern-day regimes.   How to Stop Fascism explores the history of fascism in the 1920s and 1930s, the conditions that brought it to power then, and how networks and social media are feeding its growth now.  Fascism, says Mason, is not the product of class dynamics or economic crisis but “the fear of freedom triggered by a glimpse of freedom“.
