An afternoon of reading heaven for fiction lovers in the beautiful Firth Hall with the chance to meet six wonderful authors and other people who love books as much as you do. Our guests this year are: Rachel Elliott with her life-affirming novel of love, loss and letting go Do Not Feed the Bear; Mahsuda Snaith with her unflinchingly honest and moving novel about homelessness How to Find Home; actress turned writer Julie Mayhew with her brilliant dark thriller debut Impossible Causes; Stephen May with his bittersweet, warm and wise novel about families and relationships We Don’t Die of Love; Twitter’s unofficial Poet Laureate Brian Bilston with his hilarious debut comic novel Diary of a Somebody and best selling Sheffield author Gavin Extence with his epic, timely story of brotherly love The End of Time.
