Sway: The Science of Unconscious Bias – Dr Pragya Agarwal In conversation with Dr Laura Kilby
Sat, 10 October 3:00pm
We like to believe that we are all fair-minded but we all carry biases that we might not even be aware of. Behavioural scientist, Dr Pragya Agarwal, unravels the way our implicit or ‘unintentional’ biases affect the way we communicate and perceive the world and how they affect our decision-making. An exploration of the forces that shape us, revealing our own biases in a scientific and non-judgmental way.
