How to book
We are delighted that Sheffield Theatres Trust continues as our festival box office partner. Ticket sales in 2021 will be online, in person and by phone.
Please note:
- all advance tickets will be issued as E-Tickets
- ticket sales on the door (other than Crucible events) will be sold subject to availability; card sales only, no cash
-tickets online will be taken off sale 1 hour before the event and sent as an email

Booking by phone: Box office number 0114 2496000
On non-performance days the Box Office is open 12 noon – 6pm.
On performance days the Box Office is open 12 noon until the start of the show for counter sales and 12 noon to 30 minutes before the start of the show for telephone bookings.

Book in person at the Crucible Box Office: On non-performance days the Box Office is open 12 noon – 6pm. On performance days the Box Office is open 12 noon until the start of the show for counter sales. Address: The Crucible, 55 Norfolk Street, Sheffield S1 1DA

DO YOU REQUIRE A COMPANION TICKET?
If you haven't booked with Sheffield Theatres before and require a free companion ticket with your order, please contact the Box Office team by emailing supervisors@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk and they will get your account set up so you can continue to book online.
DO YOU REQUIRE A WHEELCHAIR SPACE?
Please make your booking in person or by telephone - 0114 249 6000 - and ask for a wheelchair space.

Online only events
These events are free to view; please donate if you can
You do not need to book for these, simply click on the link (that will appear on the event page) from 30 minutes before the start time
Some online events will be available to watch/listen again for some time; please see the event copy for details

COVID-19 information
At the time of writing we are anticipating that venues will remain open and live events will be operating much as they did before the pandemic. We will be selling venue tickets at full capacity. We will follow Government guidance as it is announced and share any information that changes e.g. about social distancing and mask wearing.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend. In these circumstances contact supervisors@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk to arrange a refund..
